ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS FOR OTHER WAYS TO ORDER

Processing Orders:

Orders that need to be processed will be processed between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday thru Saturday Pacific Standard Time (PST). We are closed on Sundays. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process.

All orders must include the following information:

Your Complete Name
Complete Address
Phone number
Email address
Current CILM license #
If you do not have a CILM license #, please indicate that you are a new customer

Gift orders Must include:

Recipients Name or Nickname
Email Address

Please provide any additional information you may have about the gift recipient including their CILM license #.

All Gift Certificate $dollar amount purchases, regardless of the ordering method you choose, will now have a $2.00 handling charge added as these types of orders require extra time and correspondence.

New customers and Unlimited Usage orders must send a request to CILM customer help in order to be issued a new license number.

All online Gift orders, Gift Certificate orders, PayPal orders, phone orders and check or money orders will still be filled manually during regular business hours.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYPAL ORDERS

ALL PAYPAL ORDERS WILL CONTINUE TO BE FILLED MANUALLY MON. - SAT. 9AM TO 6PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME.

Please sign on to YOUR OWN PayPal account. Click the "Send Money" tab and include the following information in the Notes section on All of your PayPal orders:

Your complete name

CILM license #

For New Customers, please provide your Full name, address, phone number and email address.

Include the name of the Artist, package description and package price.... example: Anthony Guerra A tubes $16.00

Include a Total amount for all packages ordered and show deductions of any discounts that may apply.

Proceed to "Send Money" to customerhelp@creativeimagelicensing.com

Note to customers outside the US: Please make sure you convert your form of currency to US dollars Thank You.

Please have your credit card handy and a list of everything you wish to purchase and call 877-264-2456. Someone will be happy to take all your information and process your order.

Please enclose your check or money order payable to Creative Image Licensing & Management along with a letter containing the following information:

Your Name
Address
Phone Number
CILM License #

Indicate what packages you are purchasing or have already requested to purchase through customer help, package prices and any discounts that may apply.

We will process your order as soon as payment is received unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

For Gift orders via US Mail:

Simply add the Gift recipients name or nickname, address, phone number and CILM license # to your letter along with any specific instructions you wish to send.
